Joslyn Oquist

Kennel Manager

Hi! I'm Joslyn Oquist, but everyone can just call me Josie. I have two pups Kiera and Jaxson. I am very happily married. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my pups and husband. We are very outdoorsy people-We go camping, fishing, and hiking every weekend we can in the warmer months. Otherwise, when it is colder I'm in the house cuddled up with my dogs and reading books.

The Red Hydrant Inn and Playground was the dream job I never knew I was looking for! I personally take care of all the boarding and daycare pups. I try to make sure they are all playing in a safe environment. I truly enjoy getting to know every dog that walks in the door! It's as if your family becomes part of mine.

About Us

The Stoddards and the Red Hydrant

Our Time at Red Hydrant

Red Hydrant Inn opened in March 2018 and has grown into the business it is today. Clay and Rachel Stoddard took over in March 2020 to fulfill their dreams of owning a business that revolves around dogs and bettering their lives - whether that is grooming, training, daycare or boarding. At the Red Hydrant Inn, your dog isn't simply a pet; they're family. That's why we provide a healthy and safe recreational environment for your dog that meets both their physical and emotional needs.

DogSense Dog Training

Clay and Rachel have been training dogs for years through their business, DogSense. Through the communities of training and connecting beyond through to pet therapy, their history of care are hard to miss.
